Donga Special Construction Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information and rights of data subjects. The Korean version of this policy governs in case of any discrepancy.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

1. Receiving and responding to technical / quotation inquiries and consultations

2. Analyzing access statistics to improve service quality

① Inquiry form — Required: name, email, contact (phone), inquiry content / Optional: company, department, attachment

② Automatically collected: access IP, cookies, service usage logs, browser/device information (via Google Analytics)

Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period)

The Company retains personal information for 1 year from the completion of the inquiry, after which it is destroyed without delay.

Where a separate retention obligation exists under applicable law, the information is kept for that period.

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties,

except where there is a legal basis or a lawful request from an investigative authority.

Article 5 (Outsourcing of Processing)

The Company outsources personal information processing as follows:

· Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and data storage

· Google LLC — website usage analytics (Google Analytics)

Some information may therefore be processed and stored overseas (e.g., in the United States).

Article 6 (Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)

Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time via the contact in Article 9.

The Company takes the necessary measures without delay upon such a request.

Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)

Personal information whose retention period has passed or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay.

Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

Article 8 (Security Measures)

The Company applies administrative and technical safeguards, including access-right management, access control, and encrypted transmission (HTTPS).

Article 9 (Cookies and How to Refuse Them)

The Company uses cookies for usage analytics (Google Analytics).

Users may refuse cookie storage in their browser settings, though some features may then be limited.
